Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
We proudly offer nationwide shipping across Australia at a flat rate of $9.99. All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center in Seven Hills, NSW 2147.
How long does shipping take?
For metro cities, you can expect delivery within 3-8 business days. Please allow for additional time otherwise.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed. However, you may contact us to cancel the order before it is shipped.
What is your return policy?
At DNA Clothing we offer a seamless exchange experience as we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
To maintain the quality and value of our products, we currently offer exchanges or store credit instead of refunds. This helps us keep our process efficient while ensuring you find something you love!
What is the criteria for an exchange?
- You have 15 days from your delivery date to make an exchange.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (tags included).
Anything that has been used, damaged, or missing its original packaging, will not be eligible for an exchange.
All exchanges are subject to inspection to ensure items meet our return criteria before processing.
How can I exchange my product?
- Contact us at info@dnaclothingstore.com with your order details to initiate the exchange.
- We will provide you with return instructions and any necessary shipping details.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process the exchange and send your replacement.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer store credit.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the exchange is required due to our mistake, we will cover all shipping costs.
- The shipping costs of your new exchanged product will be on the house. That's right, no dollar out of your pocket for shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will
receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.
